Sarah Brown provides Charity lectures and training seminars for charity trustees and managers on a regular basis throughout Scotland, on a variety of topics, but mainly relating to the governance and day-to-day running of charities and on relevant aspects of Charity Law and practice. The most popular sessions currently are The Trustees’ Toolkit and The Role of the Charity Chair.
Roughly once a year we provide these talks and seminars on an open booking basis, usually in Pitlochry, Dunkeld or Perth (please look at our News section on this website from time to time for details, or request that you be placed on our mailing list so that you will receive direct notification of these).
In addition, Sarah provides specific training to single charity Boards, or to groups of charities, on request. These can be tailor-made to suit these charities’ needs. Such events have been held as far afield as Benbecula and Brussels.
